Reviews and Ratings <br />
The resort is ideally located right in front of the New Beitou MRT station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with hot spring facilities, which my kids absolutely loved. However, the breakfast could use some improvement as it didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it's a fantastic place for relaxation, especially with the hot springs, but the dining experience leaves room for enhancement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The hot spring facilities were fantastic and very enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring. However, the service was a bit unprofessional, which dampened the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, but it can feel overly urban. The breakfast offerings were limited, which was a letdown, especially for a resort spa.
I had a wonderful experience soaking in the hot springs at Xin Beitou, which was so easy to access via the MRT. The facilities were relaxing, although the service could use some improvement as the staff seemed indifferent. The location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions. The dining options were limited and could definitely use variety, but overall, the hot springs experience made up for it.
My stay was quite pleasant overall. The hot spring facilities were a highlight, offering a great way to relax. The room itself was comfortable and had a nice hot springs fed tub, though it felt a bit dated. The location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and dining options, but the breakfast left much to be desired. Additionally, the price felt a tad steep for what was offered.
The hotel offers excellent hot spring facilities and is located conveniently near the MRT station, making it easy to travel around. The room I stayed in was comfortable and featured a private hot spring tub, although the wait for hot water was a bit frustrating. The breakfast was quite basic and could have been better. On the whole, it's a great place to relax, especially with the public hot spring at a reasonable rate.
